Parents/grandparents/godparents are encouraged to participate too If you and your child, grandchild or god child have not joined us before for Children’s Church, please email Deacon Lisa at firstname.lastname@example.org and she will send you the ZOOM link. In Person Children’s Program during the 11 AM service
At our in person Easter Sunday Children’s program during the 11 AM service, children of all ages will hear the story of Jesus’ resurrection, participate in a reflection on the Empty Tomb with Ruth Morrow and then have the opportunity to make one or more characters from the resurrection story.
Children will begin the 11 AM in person Easter Sunday service with their families seated in the church pews. They are then invited to go forward to the front of the church for a short “Children’s Time” with our priest. Then the children’s program leaders will guide them to the parish hall for a special in-person Easter Sunday program. The children’s program will take place during the rest of the service until it is time for communion. Then, the children can rejoin their families so that they can receive communion or a blessing from the priest with their families.
